Dear dancers from all over the world,

Come and dance with me online if you so wish to expand your body movements to include your yoni. Most of the movements of this dance involve using the pelvic floor, and is so healthy and activating for our wombs.

Let space be not an obstacle. We will first go over the mechanics of the movements while laying on the ground, and then apply the same muscles while standing. Then we will practice them to music, and layer the movements in a meaningful way.
